Is there a minimum age requirement for passengers?

Yes, Eight (8) years of age.

Does Bubbl provide wheelchair accessible vehicles?

Standard Bubbl cars are equipped to accommodate folding wheelchairs and walkers. Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available upon request through a third party referral.

What is “approved driving zone”?

Bubbl service areas are depicted on the booking screen. Rates are based on time/distance with a minimum fare requirement. Bubbl can accommodate rides outside the area but additional charges will apply.

Is your service 24/7?

We provide prescheduled rides during our available operating hours. Current operating hours are: Monday-Friday 6:30am-8pm.

Can you take me or pick me up at the airport?

In areas where Bubbl is permitted, we provide airport pick ups and drop offs. Specific details per location will be communicated.

Can I schedule an exact time each week to pick up little Billy?

Yes, you can preschedule in advance, times based on availability.

Do you keep my address on file?

We provide all booking history through your account file, including addresses.

Do you have pictures of my kids?

Are your drivers your employees?


Are your vehicles owned by Bubbl?

All fleet and driver owned cars are regulated by the company.

Can or will a Bubbl vehicle with a passenger stop and pick up another passenger in route (no relation or affiliation with first passenger)?

No, unless passengers have been contacted and agree in advance.

Can you request a specific driver?

Yes, but not guaranteed.

How can I advertise on one of your super-duper cool vehicles?

What happens with the video from the camera in the vehicles?

Video recordings will be saved for several days before they are recorded over.

Where are your active and non-active first responders from?

All over the country.


How can I give a suggestion or file a complaint?

Please forward all suggestions and/or complaints to Bubbl Management, 1-833-68-BUBBL or dial 3-1-1 to report to your local municipal authority directly.

How many passengers will fit in a vehicle?

Depending on the vehicle, 4 to 7 passengers, excluding driver.

Are the vehicles inspected consistently?


What kind of background checks do you do on your drivers?

Full county, state, and national criminal background checks in addition to sex offender list. A 7-panel drug screen and a motor vehicle report review.

Do you provide car seats or booster seats for kids under 8 years of age?

Yes, there is an additional $7 per car seat fee.

Do your drivers carry a weapon?

Only our drivers who are either a current peace officer or who were honorably retired as a peace officer are licensed (retired/LTC, formerly CHL) to carry a weapon. Because all of our officers are off-duty they are not required by Bubbl to carry a weapon on them while driving.

Can you refuse service?

Yes, if we feel there is inherent risk to the passenger/passengers or the driver.

Are all of your drivers first responders?

Yes, all our drivers are currently employed or honorably discharged or retired peace officers/fire fighters/medics/medical professionals/military.

Can the officers arrest somebody while working for Bubbl?

No, the officers are simply off-duty and will not act in the capacity of an active duty police officer unless grave danger exists.

Payments and Costs

Does Bubbl offer any discounts?

Yes. We offer a pre-paid discounted ride package. The packages are non-refundable. They can be used for any ride, they are transferable and they never expire. Call office for more information.

Do siblings count as extra passengers?


Does an additional stop cost extra?

There is no additional cost for an extra stop. Extra stops are calculated just like all other rides. (time/distance) Minimum charge for an extra stop is only $5.00.

Do you keep my credit card information?

Yes, but it is encrypted and cannot be viewed by anyone.

Is there a change of destination fee?

Yes, if you change destination post pick up there is an additional fee.

Are tips included?

No, tips are not included in the ride fare.

Is there a cancelation fee?

Yes, assuming the change request can be accommodated, any ride which requires a change in time or locations, less than 24 hours before scheduled pick up, time will incur a change ride fee. Please refer to “Rates” section for specifics.

Is there a new booking fee?

We are a pre-scheduled service. We do our best to accommodate all ride requests. Any new ride booked within 24 hours of pick up time may incur a new booking fee. Please refer to “Rates” section for specifics.
